Meet Betty, our new AI phone assistant.

We know how frustrating it can be when you need to get a message to us and we’re busy taking care of patients. Betty is helping us make that process easier.

What does Betty do?

• Takes a more complete message about what you need.

• Creates an email immediately after your call.

• Sends your message directly to BOTH Tiffany and Barb.

• Allows us to see your messages and follow up throughout the business day.

Instead of a voicemail sitting in a mailbox waiting for someone to check it, Betty gets your message in front of us right away.

And don't worry...

Betty isn't replacing Tiffany or Barb!

She’s simply another tool helping our small Trailhead crew stay organized, respond more efficiently, and take better care of our patients.
